Caisse Régionale de Refinancement Hypothécaire (CRRH-Uemoa) - Lome

CRRH-UEMOA is a regional effort to enhance housing finance in the UEMOA region. It works to raise long-term resources at competitive rates for its shareholder banks and SFD customers, with the aim of refinancing housing loans issued to their clients. Apart from raising funds from the financial markets through bond issuances, CRRH-UEMOA also obtains concessional resources from development partners to help refinance housing loans for low-income or irregular households provided by banks and DFS.
